The success of any occasion starts with the planning but not everyone has the time (or inclination) to do it all themselves...luckily we're addicted to creating unforgettable events!

 

Soul Event provide a complete service or you can select the areas you'd like support in. Every event is different so we'll tailor make a package for you. You can choose from the following areas:

The first thing we'll do is get a good feel for the day you're planning. We want to make your ideas happen and we'll bring a few of our own to the table. Once we've understood exactly what you want we'll put together a proposal detailing how we'll turn your dream into reality.

 

As each event is different we have a sliding scale of services. We offer a full service which covers every aspect of the production or we're happy to leave the reins to you only getting involved in areas you don't want to handle.

 

Throughout the process you'll have one point of contact, an event manager who's up to speed with every aspect of the plan. However much we're involved we think the devil is in the detail. We'll think through every aspect from food and drink menus to sound, lighting and creative style.
